One of our favorite annual events held at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) is finally back this weekend - SUPER LAP BATTLE!  This Feb. 19-20, the coolest and fastest time attack cars in America are competing in 5 different classes from Unlimited to Street class.

Our popular Garagista series is now available on high quality, cork backed coasters in all of the tracks listed on Standing Start - over 55 if we are counting!

There are a lot of race tracks in the world (in fact, 55+ in the US alone) but only a handful are truly great tracks.  Few places in the world can stir the senses like the smell of burning rubber and the roar of engines. It's enough to make anyone forget about the troubles of their daily lives. And if you're lucky enough to be at a race, the cheers of the crowd will give you chills. With the upcoming Formula 1 season on the horizon, we're counting down the 8 best race tracks in the world (in no particular order).

Super Lap Battle - what a time!  This annual event held at Circuit of the Americas was a huge success this year with many new records across the board. 

We are excited to reach a milestone here at Standing Start Co. of designing over 50 race tracks available for our motorsports enthusiasts.

We had a great opportunity to work with Super Lap Battle (SLB) this year to help with some of their poster and art designs and wanted to celebrate by releasing some free backgrounds inspired by the posters.
